By creating an account and using the Taughtful platform, you agree to these terms. If you are using Taughtful on behalf of an organization (such as a school or clinic), you agree to these terms on behalf of that organization and promise that you have the authority to do so.

2. Description of Service

Taughtful is a care team coordination platform designed to connect teachers, allied health professionals, and families. It provides tools for shared timelines, observation logging, and AI-assisted documentation drafting (such as NDIS progress notes and SSG minutes).

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. When logging observations or uploading documents, you must ensure you have the appropriate rights and permissions to share that information, particularly regarding children's data.

4. Professional Judgment

While Taughtful uses AI to draft documentation based on your observations, it is a tool to assist, not replace, professional judgment. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying any AI-drafted content before using it in formal clinical or educational settings.
